Qualifications

• 2 years solid experience with sales/ outbound sales, telemarketing
• Excellent spoken, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meeting targets
• Must be willing to work on site in Binondo, Manila – Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively sells life assurance products through outbound calls.
• Matches product benefits accordingly and demonstrate how the product will satisfy customers need.
• Ensures that quality of calls and quantity of sales target is achieved.
• Ensures that all campaign leads provided for the day are maximized and utilized.
